HYPERFORMANCE IS NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY - BE AWARE

I ordered car seats for my son who is restoring a 1977 Camaro in February 2009. We were told initially that the seats would be shipped in three weeks. Three weeks passed and no seats. After calling numerous times, because no one answers the phone, I finally got hold of a woman named PAM. She told me that the seats were on back order and to check on March 19. I called on March 19 and was told the "cargo" was coming in and she would know the day after if the seats were in. I called the day after and was told again that the seats were on back order. I have been repeatedly lied to. I have an email from the company stating that the seats were shipped from the warehouse to me on March 11. I have demanded my money back and Pam has told me it would take at least 15 days to process.

Why is this company still doing business and ripping people off. This is a lot of money I paid, over $500 dollars.

I am willing to press charges and pay for an attorney to take them out of business.
