I fell for the Berlin Sondiage Research scam. My bank cashed the $3, 900 check after a five day holding period, even though the check had not been cleared yet. So I now owe my bank $3, 500 and they know that I have been scammed. My bank says that it was my responsibility from the start and that is bullshit!! They should have held the check until it was cleared or denied.
