First off, I havent seen my package or a driver for quite some time. after returning home from grocery shopping, I had found that little ups slip buried in the snow. The slip said that they attempted to deliver twice (which no door bell has been rung and no one has knocked on my door) and this is the first slip I have seen. I called them to complain about my outrageous COD charge of $4767. This is wrong to have a COD charge of $47.67 CAD when the product I bought was $30 USD. I called them about this and no one was giving me a stright answer, the only thing they could come up with is that it was the sellers fault. So I called him and he sent em a copy of the receipt which had no COD charge on it or anything, and he already paid fully to ship. Then the lady phones me back from the local depot, to tell me my package is there and I can come pick it up the next day, hassle free, she told me she would make sure that it doesnt go on the next truck! Guess what happens... I arrive there the following day after classes, 45min drive there, for a different lady to tell me that it went on the truck at 6:30am... At this point in time I am enraged. I don't know where else I can vent but I needed to, Please do yourselves a favour and dont use this crooked company that cant even organize their local depot!
