Purolator
Lost package but its not their fault

Purolator was suppose to deliver a hot tub pump and motor to myself. they are saying it was delivered even though my 17 yr old daughter was home all day. they said it was impossible for the driver to drop it at the wrong address and proceeded to tell me that it was the fault of the company i bought it from because they did not ask purolator for a signature. purolator also told the electric motor warehouse it was my fault because i myself didnt require a signature. so much for trusting puralator to deliver a package and admitting fault. i guess its like this anyone who would like to buy a box of nothing have purolator ship it for you, it will only cost 300 dollars.
