Advance capital settlement llc sent me a letter with a check for $4, 538.50 stating that won second prize in the usa departamental stores sweepstake lottery. i opened an account with my bank just for that check. I was told to call them when i deposited the check. i did so and they said to call as soon as the check cleared. the check was refused by the bank because the account was frozen/blocked. luckily, i only lost the bank charges for proccesing the check. end of report. carlos matos 1410 falstaff dr. tobyhanna, pa. 18466
