Noah Tepperman owner I paid the extended warranty beliefing Tepperman, s that they were selling me a Guarantee on thier product!!!

I have spent alot of money at Tepperman, s over the year, s and hopefully continue too do so. But I have recently bought a microwave at Tepperman, s and bought the extended warranty at which they say was a GREAT DEAL threw CORNERSTONE!! Well the thing quit in Oct/09, so called too have it fixed they sent out a repair person from Mcfadden Repair the first time out he changed the control panel didn, t work, then he said I, m going to have too take it too my shop and try and fix it so it will be at least a week or so it might be a diode not sure. Two week, s later called the repair person still not fixed, so now dealing with Tina from Cornerstone who has done nothing but give us the run around saying oh we are still waiting to hear from the repair shop I told her they can, t fix it she said well I will get back to you tomorrow, never did anyway, s they have been stalling now for two month, s and keep telling us the same thing over and over now here we are almost 2010 I called the repair shop myself again He say, s I, m sorry but I can, t fix it and I have already have spent over $400 dollar.s on it at least he was being honest not like Tina who, s done nothing but lie and give me bullshit! Now here is the kicker the repair person told me that Tina want, s him to try a magnatron and see if that is it, I laughed, when does a bullshitter tell a repair person how to fix a microwave unbelieveable!!! All I know is if someone doesn, t pay up real soon I, m going too make up flyer, s and put them on every car outside Tepperman, s and giving them the information about how Tepperman does business in Sarnia in the New Year!!! Noah you can, t say their isnt enough information here, ask Tina she will know who I am because it doesn, t take 3 months to fix a microwave!!! And she is the wrong person for the job!!!
