I am an exporter of Jamaican fresh produce.
On June 27 I received a call from Andy Dudnath of Andyboy's Caribbean Foods. 1 Porterfield Rd Rexdale, Ontario M9W 3J2 Tel.416-560-3145. Mr Dudnath had located my details through an ex Caribbean food importer exporter). Mr Dudnath expressed his intention to enter into business importing Jamaican produce from me on a weekly basis.

On June 20 after the goods had undergone, ministry of agriculture, customs and excise Mr Dudnath refused to accept the goods, pay the freight or speak with me.

Air Jamaica cancelled the flight cargo due to an influx of passengers, this was explained to Mr Dudnath and he understood it was a busy tourist period in Canada. The goods were booked to travel Kingston to Montego bay on Monday 20, kept in refrigeration, then Montego bay to Toronto on Tuesday 21. Mr Dudnath said that Montego Bay do not have refrigeration, hung up his phone and switched it off. He has refused to answer my calls or emails.

Mr Dudnath said that he was on his way to Western Union to send me the freight money, I requested 50% of my invoice, Mr Dudnath remarked that he had to fix his van and could not do it.???

I believe that Mr Dudnath did not want to pay me for the goods.

A payment of $716.22 US dollars is outstanding for payment to Air Jamaica. This must be settled immediately.

Mr Dudnath refuses to answer any calls.

July 18 2009 AD to DC. AD wired $100 via Western Union for additional mango sourcing travel costs.
July 19 2009 DC to AD Invoice for goods. Invoice attached. CAN$2543.06. Instructions for paying Air Jamaica.
July 19 2009 AD to DC Asked DC to pay bribery to Air Jamaica staff to reduce the weight of the consignment. This is not only illegal but could put lives in jeopardy on the flight.
DC to AD Goods loaded and on the way to Airport.
July 20 2009 Flight cancelled goods rescheduled to arrive in Canada at 6.00pm Tuesday evening for collection. AD expressed that this was too late, he had intended to collect the goods Tuesday morning.
July 20 2009 AD refuses to accept DC calls or communicate. Phone switched off. No communication to date despite calls and email.
