Address is just a small apartment above a mailing store

As I live nearby, I went to this address and found out (too late) that it was a small apartment above a store that provides mailing services. I got my bank statement today and found these persons had cashed my check. I will be sure to check with the BBB from now on. I am going to report this ripoff to the police and the BBB (for all it's worth) however it will be on record and I hope anyone scammed will do the same.
