Pivotal - LFG Credit Card Merchant Scam I should have read about them here before I apply argggggg!!!

I should have read about these companies here!!! Pivotal and LFG. They worked hand-in-hand... they sent me the machine, approved me and asked me to start using. I have charged some cards... and suddenly they called and said they terminate my agreement with LFG unless I put a CAD500 down or add CAD10 to my monthly lease. But I asked why then sent me the machine if its not approved... they replied "We made a mistake". Now, the agreement with LFG is not valid... unless i pay more... I can't terminate either, cause they made me sign a similar agreement with PIVOTAL... thus either way, I have to pay $$$$$$$ whether I continue or not!!! Has anyone sue them or bring them to the Competitive Bureau??? I am doing so now, I need any help I can get!!!
