They lied and caused our bank account into non-sufficient funds

Upon receiving an "Award Claim Final Notification" letter, all instructions were followed as requested.
After several phone calls and directions in which I spoke to two individuals by the names of Lynn Harris and Michael James (647-833-1810), we realized that nothing was forthcoming. Additional calls were made, however, the mail box for the number given in the letter was full and could accept no messages. I also tried e-mail but never received a response.
