ANOTHER BAD SCAM Nationwide

Okay this is the second time i have been scammed.. I recieved another letter and check in the mail this one states that Award claim final notification then it states Dear winner..

First of all i dont play any kind of lotto and i have not applied for anything but my letter i recieved says that i have won $145, 000.00 us dollars. Then it also states that im only recieving $3, 715.00 of my winnings and deducted from the winnings, to enable you to pay for the applicable winng taxes you must pay your tax agent $2, 935.00 via moneygram wiring facility directly to your assigned agent. all in the exact words.

The number on the letter i did call a lady answered the phone and was rude also staing that i need to call tomarrow between 10am and 6pm easteren time. I asked what it was and she would not answere my question and that i needed to talk my directed agent..

once again another scam that im not falling for and hope noone else does either...
