Association For Lifestyle Reform
They took my money and have given me the run around

Miscellaneous

In need of insurance, on December 15, 2008 I signed on to ALR. they withdrew $348.00 from my account and didn't send any info, card, or packet until February 15, 2009. When i recieved my packet there was one very important part missing, the list of doctors. After several calls and countless hours on hold, someone finally faxed over a list of doctors. This list was out-dated, some doctors no longer reside in these offices, some offices are closed and NOT ONE OFFICE HAD EVER HEARD OF ALR. to no avail I call back and some kid tells me that "You can go anywhere". And feeling like I am being lied to is a very unsettling feeling since now they have $548.00 of mine.

Now feeling the crunch to have my winter sickness checked out and to have an apointment for a knee check up I call again on a friday at 8 o'clock and the message lists its business hours as mon. through fri. but the office is now closed. This is the most difficult situation I have ever been in and hearing other feedback on this website I am not reassured in any way that this is a reputable company.
