The Canadian Homeworker Review
Scam, Fraud, All Companies Ask For A Start Up Fee & You Get Nothing In Return

Miscellaneous

I have been scammed! Back in November 2008, I came across someone advertising this great book "The Canadian Homeworker Review". I decided to try it. I wanted to work from home so I could spend more time with my daughter.

I paid the $30 for this book. It came a couple of weeks later. I read it & was not happy that most of the companies wanted a start up fee. I thought about it & sent for more info on the ones that did not state any start up fees.

I didn't hear back from any of them but I still held out hope. I thought the holidays just slowed these companies down in sending the info. After Christmas, the info started coming in the mail. I thought this is great. I can finally start working from home.

Each one of these asked for start up money too. I can't believe that I was stupid enough to send them money. It wasn't until tonight that I found this site & that other people had been scammed too. I have lost a lot of money but at least I didn't quit my full time job.

I am very upset about all of this. I have put my family through a lot because of wanting to work from home. Somehow, I would like to help others & myself recover this money that we have lost. I would also still like to work from home after I get caught up in my credit card bills. If someone has found any legit work from home jobs, I would like to hear about them. I can tell you this, I will be a lot more cautious about many things from now on.
