Took 49.99 from my credit card without authorization- this is theft

I withdrew from Mate 1 months ago- I received an e-mail saying that I had a message- I clicked on to see what it was all about- they immediately signed me up and took $49.99 from my credit card. This is without any knowledge on my part. This is theft. They must be charged.
