Fidelity Financial Services
Winnings of Lotto, Check $4, 875.00 enclosed

Miscellaneous

Luckily I read a complaint on this company before I sent them any money. They also sent me a letter claiming that I was entitled to $125, 000.00, with an enclosed check for $4, 875.00, $2, 875 of which was to be paid back to a tax person in Canada (???)

They insisted on complete silence when I called them on the phone, which made me concerned. Also the fact that the tax money was to be wire transferred BEFORE getting the winnings, and the address for the wire transfer is to a person, not an entity: Mr. Nicholas Harrison, International Claims Department, 483 Bay St. Toronto Ontario, M5G-2N7 Canada, Office Line 1-905-598-3396. Sounds like the same happen to you.

I am always skeptical on scams as this. The check sure looks sweet and promising and hopeful. This is just what I needed to pay off the larger bills I have facing me in this time and age, a blessing in a shadow.

Well all I hate to be the one to bust your dream bubble. ITS A SCAM! These weirdo's prey on all American's facing hard times such as I. You have to be strong and logic about this. Go to the Internet as I did type in the heading of the letter you got. That will either bring you here to www.usaconsumercomplaints.com or somewhere else similar to your letter.

Unfortunatley all anyone can do is throw this away, in the garbage it came from. You see the International areas outside the United States are protected from these scams and they are allow to do this art work outside their areas. So that is why we Americans see so much of these artists scams in different shapes and forms. Its always a lotto or sweepstakes won.

I got this 4 years ago, and I was so happy jumpping for joy and all. I ran to the bank. I really almost fainted when the cash was presented to me and I walked out of the bank with it. I paid up my bills really quick with it. Took my family out to eat. Never felt so relaxed that I was caught up with my bills and got a night out to eat. A really good feeling.

Well 1 week later my bank called me up telling me the check I presented was phoney and I need to repay the bank back all the money I got last week. I never felt a lump in my throat so bad, I was speachless. I gobbled out frantic words as, I don't have the money as I paid my bills with them, now what do I do? The bank explained to me I was a victim of a scam artist, and they are willing to work with me to get the money back to them without much fees. Oh, there were bank fees from the bank. Now I was in debt all over again, much deeper though. I felt sick to my stomach. The worriedness came back, I was back to the headaches of bills, bills, bills, again.

Don't be fooled by these scams. If it looks to good to be true then more likely always it is. I am now smarter on these scams that come my way. I hope posting this and you reading this far you too can see that these are just scams. I hope to of helped someone out there on these.

Thank You ripp off report for posting this.
