IAPC asked for a $20 fee to send a cheque for $15, 000.00. It also provided space for credit card information if paying by credit. This was an even greater tip-off than than the attached letter that explained that this sum was part of an "unclaimed international skill competition program". Thank goodness for the internet!

Is anything being done to apprehend these crooks?
