This is exactly what was on the letter I received before I googled the company name to get canada-complaints.com that was too much like the ones already on canada-complaints.com for me to take any further action. When I called the number, it stated that the mailbox was too full and then also had it in French. Not even giving any agent options or any other way to contact to make a claim. So I am doing nothing further and decided to report what I got to help in prevention of anything happening to anyone. The only things I didn't type in were other claim numbers. The envelope had Canadian postage and the address was different on the envelope compared to the letter. Envelope had 2930 Flecher Dr. Niagara Falls On H6N 4T1 and the letter had 29 Flecher Dr. Niagara Falls, On H6N 4T1. I first googled the address, then the company name to find canada-complaints.com.
