Subsequent to the letter I was very suspicious and I looked up the bank on-line and found that the bank identification number did not match what was on the check. The Bank ID for Harris Central N.A of Roselle, IL is 03353154, the check I received had bank code 071915580 on it and the account number 04 367 131 0
