Avoid this scam company, you would make more money working part time at McDonald's

I was one of the many, and I mean many indivuals to work at this company since they have been open.. It is a joke, it is your typical pyramid scheme b.s. job. They claim that if you work hard enough, you can make millions in just a few years.

Here's what the business entails: You are a glorified door to door salesmen. Nothing more, even the "assistant managers" go out and beat the pavement every day. Sometimes they might claim that they are in the office doing "interviews", who knows. YOU will rely on your own transportation to get to thes areas that are provided to you. Sometimes you are in the bad part of town, sometimes you are supposed to go to gated communities. Heaven forbid you don't enter these communities... You're supposed to either follow another car into it, or try to talk the gate guard into actually believing you work for AT&T..(Which is what you're trying to sell with this b.s.co.)

The day starts off by going in around noon, or 30 minutes if you're a leader. You walk into a room that's usually got some explicit rap music playing to "pump" you up, and you get into your team's circle and go over each person's goals. Pointless, after that there's a pretty lame series of events all before you head out to your car to get your At&t shirt to change into. They also give you a badge with an at&t logo on it.. lol.
I could type all day about the b.s. with this company. It is a joke, the management is a joke, especially the asst. managers. All you will be in this company is a glorified solicitor. Door to door sales for a pretty crappy cable and internet service that has yet to be debugged. Check them out on careerbuilder. Type in Skymax group in San Antonio.. you'll get hits for manager training.. Also the receptionist also uses about 4 different names, one on each ad they have in there. Take this job if you have zero bills, if not.. get ready to be late on all of them! If Skymax contacts you for an interview, politely turn them down. It's a bs scam!
