Star Capital Securities Inc and all the employee's along with Fifth Third Bank should be run out of business

On August 8th, 2008, my husband received a letter from Star Capital Securities Inc with check #16538 for $4, 875.00. He placed the call as the letter stated, and spoke to claim agent Mrs. Carol Armstrong who proceeded to tell him that he won because of his shopping at Wal-Mart, Sears or Home Depot.

As the letter stated that he was a declared one of the 40th declared 2nd
category winners of North American Shoppers Sweepstakes held on March 5th, 2008, the toal winning was $125, 000.00 from the 5 million US dollars shared by the other 40 declared.

This check is drawn on Fifth Third Bank of Brentwood, $2, 975 of this check is supposed to be applied for Government Taxes on the big winning to be paid by Moneygram or Western Union directly to the tax agent.

When the winnings are processed he would then get a final check lump sum payment of $120, 125.00 to be delivered by FexEx. Mrs Brenda Hicks is the promotion manager.

I had not heard of this scam before now, so I went on the computer and pulled up Star Capital Securities Inc. and that' s when I read of the people who had received this same letter, I told him this is a scam.

The bank that is involved with this scam should be held accountable along with Star Capital Securities and made to pay these people who they have tried to pull this scam on.

Every Fifth Third Band should be shut down and never allowed to reopen again, all the people that are named in these letters should be sent to prision and made to serve time for all of the pain that they have caused.
