I was sent a letter in the mail saying I won $250, 000 in the Compensation Draw organized for all consumers in conjunction with the sweepstakes association of North America. I was also sent a check to pay the non resident government service tax in the amount of $4, 685.00, payable to my tax agent by Moneygram. Tax agent's name is Samantha Ross 5542 Broadway Street Brandon, Manitoba, Canada. It was signed Congratulations! David Longman promotions manager. It is aggeravating when people do this to other people because some people need money like that and to try and scam people is wrong.
