Waiving a steak in front of a starving dog!!!

I come home after a hard days of work, trying to decide between hot dogs or spaghetti for dinner (being 3 dollars a meal), get a letter saying i won 250, 000 dollars just cash this 4, 685 check and send us a money gram for 3, 865 for non resident government service tax! Its a scam the check looks so real it fools 90 percent of the banks they cash it, you mail it to them then they get a money gram that is legal tender for them to spend while a week letter you get a letter from the bank saying it didnt clear and you owe the bank all that money,

so if you see this no return addressed self stamped envelope rip it up fast before the hungry dog in you decides "ahh whats the worse that could happen" And the whole reason i took the time to fill this out is in the case that there is ever anything we could do to punish these jerks who steal from us poor sons a... let me know id love to join in the fight im actually saving my letter and my check untouched in case it could ever help put these guys in jail or sued or something because it s cut and dry false! a lie misleading and i cant believe its legal to do, so lawyers, if your reading this and we have a legg to stand on ..lets take em out at the knees please.
