Bought a one time search for $2.95. Did not sign up for anything else. Content for this system was not visible on website

I have done a lot of searching for my ancestors since the 1500's. This site RMG came up as a site I had never visited. Their advertising seemed encouraging. "We can find any one you are looking for." Baloney! They didn't even find my father's name. I did not sign up for any further search site with them. Number 1, I would never pay $38, 95 per month for something I would never even use again as my work is completed. After the first charge of $38.95 in May, 2008, I called and talked with a female. Told her I wanted it cancelled. She said she would but could not refund what I had already paid. Then on my bank records today, it shows another payment of $38.95.

I am notifying my bank that this is a scam and to not pay any more and stop payment on the recent payment.
