Lies I was told to pay the extra $392 dollars to UPS and I would be reimbursed. Wrong Vancouver Washington

I Dan R ordered a massage bed through amazon .com . the 3rd party seller was, 800 health outlet. I was told that I wouldn't have to pay more than $1354.46 . No customs or taxes. Once it arrived from USA to Victoria BC Canada their would be no extra cost. When It arrived UPS wanted $395.86 . I called amazon and was told to Pay this amount on my Visa and they would reimburse me to that amount.

I have since been asked to fax the receipts and did. They didn't get the fax. I was asked to fax again. They didn't get the fax. I was then asked to send them the amount via email, which I did. They said by email that the issue would be resolved by Wed 28th of May 2008 didn't hear from them. I did have a problem with the massage bed, and was told that the bed was not as described in the web page and that the reason was that the 5th roller was discontinued. I took that as a valid excuse and am ok with the explanation.

I am not happy with being told that I would not have to pay more, then told to pay it on my visa with the assumption that I would be reimbursed. NOW THE HASTLE I, VE GONE THROUGH. I even have taped telephone conversations of them saying no extra payment. Included are the emails and bills. Thank You Dan R Now they say they wont pay
