, GMAC Leased me a lemon GTA

Leased Chev Aveo5 in April 2005, $1700 down, $220 a month, 80, 000km limit. Was not told about 60, 000km warranty limit (no paperwork or contract provided), 3 recall notices and at 70, 000km car broke; no acceleration, at 40kms/hour the rpms are at 4000. No heat and when it finally does kick on it makes this horrible clicking noise. Brought it in to Chev dealership for repairs while still under warranty and they concluded nothing was wrong with it and now that I am over my Warranty limit they have asked for $100 to diagnose the problem.

Have paid just under $10, 000 so far for this car and still have a year left. After this year the buy out will still be about $8000 making the grand total $20, 000 for an '05 Aveo. A 2008 Aveo with the same features (automatic, air conditioning and power windows) is $13, 000!
