In August 2007, I placed an order on tvboxset.com with Garcia Media Group to purchase a boxed tv series. The money was immediately withdrawn and I was e-mailed a confirmation number and estimated shipping date, but I never received my package.

I tried several times to contact the company about not receiving my package, but never received any responses.

It was not until now that I researched and saw all of the customer complaints that were launched because of the fraudulent internet-based company, causing me to make a complaint as well.

I advise anyone who may read this to stay away from their site and by no means order anything from them. They are one big scam and will not ship anything to you.
