Do NOT work for this company, they DO NOT pay you!

I worked for this company in November of 2006. After waiting more than 3 months for my pay, I made contact via email and Freedom Jolly (account manager) cell phone. I recieved an automated email stating that they could take up to 6 month to pay me, and that I should check my Pay Pal account.

It is now September 26th, 2007 and I have still not recieved any pay after multiple emails, phone messages and only got a response once I threatened legal action. This response was that they would get on it and get back to me the next day. Now it is 2 weeks past that last response so I called the Ontario Labour Board. Guess what? Their statuete of limitations on collecting for Ontario workers is... tahdah... 6 MONTHS.

If anyone else out there wants to get together to file a suit against this firm, please contact me. I am furious.
