Fraud refuse to issue refund as per agreement

I opened an account with this company before depositing an money at first everything looked great, every email I sent to my account manager "Andre Zouvi" was answered within one hour and after reading their "Advertiser Satisfaction" policy saying that "Once an advertiser makes an initial deposit in the Program, he has thirty (30) days to ask for a refund of the account balance if he isn't satisfied with MTA's Program." I figured I had nothing to lose so I made my initial deposit of $100 to test the quality of their traffic..

So after about two days of traffic it was apparent the traffic was garbage non-converting traffic generated through installing software on the end user's computer and popping ads when ever that user searches for a product or company with a specific search term...

I emailed Andre about this and guess what he never responded to my email so after 4 day's of no response I sent another email to him as well as their Accounting Department requesting a refund on my account as per their agreement and again no response from Andre or Accounting as of now over the past three weeks I have sent a total of three emails requesting a response to my refund request and still no response...

So if you are considering advertising with this company consider yourself warned that this is a Fraudulent Company and that they will kiss your rear end left and right until they have your money and then they will cutoff all communication with you after that...
