Toronto stated that I won the lottery of 450, 000 and I revceived a realalistic check of 4, 700 to go toward the tax of the winnings

I recevied a letter yesterday in the mail in regards to winning a national lottery. It was from Canada and had a realistic check in with the letter of which stated I had won 450, 000 and the check was for 4, 700 to pay off the tax that was owed on the total winnings. After looking on the internet I found this website with simular people having the same issue. I would have deposited this check not knowing otherwise. I am so afarid that someone will invest in this for real and loose a lot of money. Please do something about this robbery.
