Winner Of $120, 000.00 winner of third category- $120, 000.00 call and send moneygram to Canada?!

Sent a letter with a real looking check from Inter Global Lottery stating that I won $120, 000.00 from filling out surveys online. Check was for $1998.00- I was to cash the check at my bank and send the money via money gram to Victoria, BC, Canada. I had to call with the ref # from money gram and within 48 hours I would recieve my winnings-- but I wasn't supposed to tell anyone or I would have to pay American taxes as well on the money- prior taxes were supposedly international and Canadian taxes.

I am tempted to send a moneygram for $1 and call with the reference number... hahaha... Called FBI so there's another charge when they catch the low lives praying on hard working Americans with young children...
