Portfolio Conversion has been promising a "big emerald sale" since 1999, starting with an auction, supposedly in Las Vegas, Nevada. This "auction" amounted to nothing, and neither have any of the other varieties of sales they have promised since then. They even used the excuse that their legal team was killed in the World Trade Center bombings as reason why their latest variety of sale didn't happen.

Phone calls to this outfit are all "leave a message and Diko Khatcherian (the CEO) will return your call" I have not had a return call in several attempts in the last 2 years.

I also recently noticed that someone else who is tired of their lies filed a complaint with the Ontartio BBB, but the BBB got nowhere with PCI either.

I have filed a complaint with Phonebusters--a part of the Ontatio Ministry of Consumer Affairs. Anyone else waiting for the "big emerald sale" with Portfolio Conversion should do likewise. Phonebusters number is toll free--1-888-495-8501 and add your complaint to file #305262.
