This company called me two weeks ago after I submitted a credit car application with another company and said they got my information from the company. Bank I originally applied to was First Premier Bank. Maybe they are giving my personal information to other people and I am not a member with First Premier credit card services.
I received the phone call from Alini, because they got this info from the bank. Used this information to solicit $246 dollars from me saying I would receive a list of banks that would give me $2500 in credit and all I had to do was determine which bank I wanted to do business with and re-submit my application to that bank. However, I never received any documentation from Alini, nor have I received any documentation from any bank.
I cannot get into contact with Alini, because every number I find for them is disconnected. The e-mail address is false or has been discontinued and their website has been taken off the internet. I have read that they frequently change names to avoid being caught and investigated, so they are hard to catch up with. What should I do to get my money back or file a lawsuit?
