Lack of representation and communication

We hired this company to handle a mortgage contract between ourselves and another person who wanted to purchase our land. The lawyer looked over and advised us the contract was fine and that he hoped the person would default so then we would get our land back. What he failed to mention was that if the land value increased to more than the mortgage value we would have to go through the court process and would not, in fact, get the land back. This same company provided their "foreclosure expert" who didn't communicate what was happening or how the process worked. Our calls were ignored and any concerns we had were directed back to us as being "unreasonable". My advise, find another lawyer who seems to care and communicate.
