Never received product and got charged twice

I got charged 2 times and never received the product, even if they were replying to my e-mails, they were not answering my questions.
I ordered the trial, never received apparently got stuck at Canadian custom for some reason, they told me they can send me another BUT they charged me again!!! What is that???
Here`s more e-mail adress that suddenly stopped working, they e-mailed me and after I couldn`t e-mail them back, I received notices that delivery failed!

He doesn`t answer my questions of how to get their address, phone number orwhere are my packages.
Apparently the source is from China and they do use g-mail adresses a lot.
