Charged twice for something I never received

I also got screwed, these poeple are THIEVES.

I ordered the trial, never received apparently got stuck at Canadian custom for some reason, they told me they can send me another BUT they charged me again!!! What is that???

Here`s more e-mail adress that suddenly stopped working, they e-mailed me and after I couldn`t e-mail them back, I received notices that delivery failed!
