Family Feud

On June 1st I paid for Family Feud internet game $20.38 and played the game two or three times. Since then I haven't been able to access game. When I put in my email address to get into the game it says I haven't paid and they do not recognize my email. I would like to have someone contact me but have been unable to reach anyone.
