Ripped Off

I was Ripped off by Matt Lappierre of Ridgegold Marketing Ottawa.

Through countless phone and e mail conversations, i purchased a web site from Matt Lappierre (owner and executive director)

I sent him a certified cheque for the full amount by courier, and he said he would e mail me the completed web site and contract once he recieved my cheque.

A few days later, i checked my account, and the cheque was cashed,

i recieved the contract

but i didnt recieve the web site.

I immediately called and e mailed him to find out why he didnt e mail me the web site.

He said he was having problems with his e mail, but i should have it in a couple of days.

Days turned into weeks, and then to months!

He kept inventing one excuse after another, as to why he has not fullfilled his end of the contract!

After months of his constant lies and excuses, i demanded a full refund

that was promised in the contract.

Since i demanded a refund, he has stopped answering his phone and has not returned one single e mail!

I now have no other choice but to travel from Digby Nova Scotia to Ottawa, to sue him in Small Claims Court, at tremendous expence!

Matt Lappierre is the lowest of scum bags!

Dont by a web site or any thing from him, or you too will screwed out

of your money, and get nothing in return!
