Took my money but never shipped the product I ordered

On April 14 2009 I sent Nathan Dumansky from Sweet Scent-sations an interac money order for the amount of $285.00.(see email to confirm transaction)

Since that date have never received the product I have ordered (10 massage gloves) and I have gotten every excuse in the book from Nathan Dumansky from Sweet Scent-sations regarding my shipment. Nathan Dumansky is an outright liar that took my money and has no intentions of sending me anything. I would be very careful dealing with Nathan Dumansky from Sweet Scent-sations in British Columbia since he is not an honorable person and for that matter just a plain thief. I will be opening a police report against this person and his company since I have proof of our conversations through emails regarding our agreement.

I have called Nathan Dumansky from Sweet Scent-sations (604-7249425) over and over and have heard all of his pathetic excuses regarding this transaction. He claimed three times that they were sent and that he will forward the waybill number to me but then I get nothing. I will not let this case rest until I receive my money back or the product that I paid for.
