MSN Direct Service
No proper cancellation set-up on their website

I've spent hours trying to cancel this service. MSN has no proper cancellation set-up on their website, plus they don't even give you the phone number that your suppose to call in order cancel the service. Talk about trying anyway to discourage people from cancelling their subscription. After hours of playing around on their crappy web set up, and searching the internet for MSN support numbers, I managed to get the right number. (866) 658-7032 is the number you need to call in order to cancel MSN Direct... or to change any options for your subscription.

I hope this will help all the people that are stuck on the MSN Direct plan who don't even use it, and who can't find a way to cancel the plan before MSN robs you through the auto renewal process which kicks in whether you like it or not. Quite the low down dirty crappy service tactics of Microsoft.
