WORST customer service & attempts to fraudulently STEAL money from me

Internet & Web

DNBuy takes an incredibly long amount of time to respond to emails and support tickets, if they respond at all.

Fortunately, we keep all of our correspondence and used past emails from DNBuy to prove their negligence and attempt to fraudulently force us to pay extra for an expired domain when their system would not process our payments. We attempted to make payments online on numerous occasions without success.

We contacted DNBuy with several days notice before our domain would expire via email AND their online support system. The response we received was - no surprise here - rude and stated that DNBuy sends out emails reminding customers that domains will expire with plenty of time to renew. We used the ONLY email we received from DNBUY - which was sent 5 days prior to the domain's expiration - to prove that (1) the email was sent with less than 7 days notice and (2) we only received one email.

After backing DNBuy into a corner with their own email responses and non-responses to our numerous requests for help, they dropped the extra charges.

We are looking for a better registrar - suggestions are welcome.
