Took my money through ebay and will not send the product or the money

I had won(?)an auction, on ebay, a sony f717 digital camera on november 2003 and this company has yet (july 2004) to supply the camera bought or return the money given him.

I have joined a yahoo group that is made up of 31 very upset customers and of that group only one person has received their money back. The bulk of the group has had very little posts from this company and are looking at making a claim in small claims court. This company has been investigated by the local police service but have decided this company is not fraudulent but is certainly a bad business and suggest that everyone make claims in small claims.

I can only suggest that if anyone plans on doing business with this company that they find some way of picking up the product before paying it. This company does not make it easy to do that and i know there are lots of other companies out there that will actually supply what has been paid for.
