Inc. rip-off! Fraudulent sales of electronics

14 months after I Purchased a Nikon 5700 from Digital moose Inc. through E-bay I still do not have my camera nor my money. They ripped me off out of $ 780.00 USD and refuse to give me a refund or the camera which has gone down in value now.

Mr. Johnathan Nightingale owner of the company is a bold faced liar and a thief. He should be prosecuted for fraud and abuse of the consumers which I understand are very great in number. I tried to get my money back in countless occasions to no avail. Please dont buy anything from this person and pass the word to save others from having such fate.
