EMusic makes it almost impossible to cancel your subscription. They 'froze' mine for 3 months, then renewed my sub, charging me every month -- yet sending me NO notices, advertisements nor sending ANY indication that they had renewed my sub. The efforts over the last 9 months to try and right the wrong has been met by rudeness, unprofessionalism and aloof BS. It is impossible to find a real person to speak to as they are obviously all trained to keep the complaining customer at bay until we tire of trying to get our money back. GOOGLE eMusic and complaints and you will find hundreds of dissatisfied customers like me who have been ripped off. DO NOT JOIN THIS CLUB.
