Note: I state the facts and nothing more.
Vif Internet https://service.vif.com/ has been giving us problem about 3 months ago they had given us a new email address all of a sudden "email address and password is invalid" I use there services for business not for pleasure.
Spoke with Vif Internet https://service.vif.com/ they said to me its imposible I had that email address so what I did was print out a email my collegues received before that and faxed it to them... then they told me they would look into it (so two days later) I called because I received no phone call back from them.
Two Days Later I called back Vif Internet https://service.vif.com/ to see what the outcome was they had received complaints that we were sending emailes, and story then changed saying it was a error on there part.
Two Days Ago, I did a test on my own email address and I received it two days later exactly.
Vif Internet https://service.vif.com/ is not professional at all customer service is completly rude I believe they used students to help the out...
PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SERVICE THEY MIGHT BE CHEAP BUT IN THE LONG RUN YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET!
