No Free Laptop from FreeLaptopFinder.com, ONTARIO

Heard about this site on both radio and tv so I thought I would give it a shot. After completing several offers at 7am, I ran out of time and had to go to work. On my way to work I was already being called by Insurance Soliciter and I had not even completed all the offers to get my laptop.By noon I had been called over 10 times by varios soliciters of offers I had completed on the site, even though I had not completed the entire process to get my suppossedly free laptop.

Got home at 6pm and decided if I was going to get all these calls I might as well finish the process and claim my free laptop as advertised. When I got to the last offering page I went to sign up and received an error message that my order was a duplicate order and was requesting a new name and credit card combination. I thought surely not as I had never even heard of this company and I must have entered something wrong. So I filled the form in again, making sure to check everything entered, only this time I was brought to another error page stating that I was ineligible for this offer at this time.

Now mind you, I had already completed several of their *Required* offers to get to this final page, giving out my name, address, email address, phone number, as well as my credit card to purchase several of these *Required* offers.

So I decided to call the company thinking it strange I received these error messages from a company I had never heard of. The Company was At Home Rewards, and they stated that they had no record of my name, telephone number, or credit card that I had entered when I filled out the form on their alleged site to complete the offer that FREELAPTOPFINDER.com *Required* in order to get the laptop.

So I clicked on the contact form from Freelaptopfinder.com and was taken to a page with nothing on it except this:

So I decided to visit InternationalSurveycenter.com and it is non-existent. I did a whois.net lookup of Freelaptopfinder.com only to find out that it is protected by a privacy filter with no contact information other than that of the registrar.

My next action was to call 411 and look for a company in Vaugn, Ontario by the name of InternationalSurveyCenter and was told they had no record of a listing by this company.

So needless to say, I was not able to complete their *required* offers to get the free laptop. I am now receiving a ton of calls everyday by solicitors and I was duped into giving out all that vital information about myself for nothing - and this company is profiting from the sale of that information - before I had even finished their process to claim the laptop they had already giving away my info.

As the company that owns Freelaptopfinder.com and their website seem to be non-existent I feel that this could possibly be an elaborate Phishing site. Because of this I am now going to change my phone number and cancel the credit cards I used to purchase some of the *required* offers with as it was very strange that I filled out a form that told me my order was a duplicate order, then told me I was ineligible for the offer - but when I called the company that was suppossedly making the offer, they had no record of either my phone number, name, or credit card number that I had entered into their form and stated I had made a duplicate order. Seems a bit odd to me.

Plain and simple, I don' t think there is anyway to complete the process to claim the laptop and the offer page was a fraud that kicked back the error message that I had first made a duplicate order and to please re-enter my information using a different credit card and name combination - then sent me to a different error page when I entered in the same information telling me I was just ineligible for the offer. And the company that was supposedly making the offer had no record whatsoever that I had entered any information into their form at all after being redirected to them from the Freelaptopfinder.com website.

However, someone is still out there, still profiting from the sales of all my critical information - what they are using it for beyond the sales of another lead I can only guess right now, and pray that's ALL they use it for.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS WEBSITE AND THEIR OFFERS IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!
