ALWAYS CHECK FOR RIPOFFS: IBsoftware PDF-Suite is a SCAM!

I recently purchased PDF-Suite in efforts to amend a college application. The rapid download and easy installation were the only positives to this scam.

This software does not perform at all and fails under even mild use for simple text entry. Multiple crashes, PDF dissolution and unattainable conversion to other doc formats.

Being immediately dissatisfied, I contacted customer support. This required an 8 hour response time. The phone number provided does not function. The emails received for customer support do not adress the problem at hand, and only inform you that you have sent a request for customer support, technical support.

Credit card bill will show larger than the (11.95us x 3) charge I consented for.

My credit card company will protect this purchase under fraudulent companies. Apparently a class-action lawsuit is in order for the ambitious attorney.
