Why is this still going on?!?!?!

I thought about doing some research before sending them money... but then I didn't! Hence, the name "So Stupid"!! I can't believe the first complaint for this company on usaconsumercomplaints.com dates back to August 2006! Why is this still going on over 2 years later?!! I guess its because of stupid people like me! Is there no agency etc. out there to stop these scams? And what about kijiji who allows this company to put their info onto their website?!
