Joppa Business Development, MasterBuilders, Master Builders Of America, Kitchens By MasterBui ripoff! They used my brother-in-law to get us to develop websites for all their companies, didn't pay, but uses them anyway

Curtis Malinowski used his partner, my brother-in-law to contract my company, Beyond Extremes Inc., for web and IT consulting services (including production of websites and stationery templates with custom logo design, and photography) for all his companies.

He ran up a bill of $60, 000 which he has not paid and has announced that he has no intention of paying us anything at all. He uploaded copies of the digital files that are work-in-progress and is continuing to use them today. We and our associates own the copyright to all this work, but he posts it as his own.

I have found out that he never paid his first two web designers either, and that there are many others who have been involved with him and his companies who have lost their money too. The list includes his Business Development Officers, Home Dealers, Home Builders and Home Owners.

I have found out that he has already been charged with 15 counts of fraud over $5000 in a house building scheme, and plead guilty to 7 counts of misleading consumers in a hearing aid scam - all of them seniors.

I have since learned the meaning of words I don't like much - such as "Affinity Fraud". Many of his victims are fellow church-goers.
