Horrible customer service

I can't believe we stayed with Hit Web design for a year. Every time you call, you have to wait for at least half an hour before you even talk to someone. I would ask for changes to be made to the site but 2 weeks later would still not be done. No one could tell me why. They outsource their programmers and designers and if they don't complete the work, they don't check up on them. Our account manager was transferred to another department and refused to talk to us. They are very pushy salespeople who just want your money and don't care about your site. There were countless times when I spent hours on the phone with them and came away sooo angry and frustrated. NEVER sign up with these guys!!! Its not worth the frustration!
