Worst behavior of superviso

I went to shppers drug mart to get a formula called Alimentum for my baby on 27th of december 2010. the cashier called her supervisor and asked her if the product is available, the supervisor called the some where and she has confirmed that i can get the formula on 30th of dec, 2010. i ordered 10 cases and paid up front 400$, the cashier took all my information and said that they are going to call me on 30th for pick up. on december 31st i called the store to find out if the formula is available the person who took my call talked to me very rudely and said there is nothing for me. i told him that i will come to store and want to find out because i had only 4 cans for my baby and i got so worried that if i do not get the formula how am i going to take care because she is allergic to milk and to any other formula. i went to shoppers to find out what is going on. the person with blue supervisor shirt named (indika) was on the cash and was behaving very rudely to the person before me, i reached him and showed him my receipt and asked what to do, first of all he was so rude and unprofessional and told me that he can not do anything and its not his problem. i told him at least i should have get a call so i can arrange an alternative way to find the formula but the way he was talking was so bad. i requested him if he could call other locations and see if he can get only one case for me but he totally refused to help and left the cash. i was totally lost and did not no what to do. who ever is receiving the complain please i want to investigate. thanks Ahmad Hamidullah (416-843-5433)
